CSV-based mailbox import
After successfully logging into Office 365 in EdbMails, if the automatic mailbox listing fails to retrieve all mailbox names, use 'Load Mailboxes using .CSV file' option.
How to generate a CSV file to list the Office 365 mailboxes?
Execute the below PowerShell commands (run as Administrator) to generate the CSV file.
Command 1:
Command: Copy
Install-Module -Name ExchangeOnlineManagement -Scope AllUsers
Command 2:
Command: Copy
Connect-ExchangeOnline
Command 3:
Command: Copy
Get-EXOMailbox -ResultSize Unlimited | Select-Object PrimarySmtpAddress, DisplayName | export-csv "C:Mailbox_Names.csv"
Load Microsoft 365 (Office 365) mailboxes using CSV file in EdbMails
After creating a CSV file, click the 'Load Mailboxes From CSV File' button in the EdbMails application
Select the csv file from your computer drive and click the 'Open' button
Click the 'Continue' button to proceed the next steps in EdbMails
