Step 4: Connect to Office 365 Server

On successful login, EdbMails displays a list of mailboxes from your Office 365 tenant.
Load Mailboxes from CSV
After successful login, if the automatic mailbox listing has failed to retrieve all the mailboxes' names then you can load all the mailboxes' names using the .csv file. However, if the listing is successful then you can ignore this step and continue with the next step.

After loading the mailboxes from the CSV file, click 'Continue'
Step 5: Remove Duplicates from the Office 365 Mailboxes
Select the required mailboxes and folders along with the required search criteria. Click 'Remove Duplicates'.
Set the Action to 'Remove Duplicate' and click 'Continue' to proceed.
Give a name for the job and click 'Continue'
That's it! During the operation, you can view the progress as shown below.
