Connect using individual user credentials for 'Single User migration'

Exchange Migrate user mailbox using ‘Single User Migration’

To migrate multiple users with full access permission, you can either Connect to Specific User or Connect to Hosted Exchange Server

Then select Single User Migration

In single user Migration, you just have to provide the credentials of the user that your wish to migrate.

In the next wizard, you need to select one of the options to connect to Exchange server.

Use Autodiscover email
Use default Connection

Connect Using Autodiscover email

Choose 'Connect Using Autodiscover Email' and click 'Continue'
In the Next step, enter the credential for user you wish to migrate then click Continue button.
In the next step click the login button which displays the list of mailboxes

Use Default Connection

Select the Default connection option.
In the next step, enter the Domain name and password to connect
In the next step click the login button which displays the list of mailboxes

Note: Once you finish the configuration to the source server EdbMails software will automatically display the list of mailboxes you can select any mailbox you wish migrate if your profile will not match then the software does not allow you to access source mailboxes.
