Login to your Office 365 account using EdbMails
You can connect to your Office 365 account by following ways using EdbMails
Connect using Global Admin User
Connect to specific user without impersonation rights
Connect using Global Admin User
Advantages:
a. You can migrate to any Office 365 mailboxes using single Global admin account login
b. There is no need to login to each and every users for its migration
Requirement:
a. You need to use Global Admin account for login
b. Must set impersonation rights to the Global Admin account
Connect to specific user without Impersonation rights
Advantages:
a. You can use any individual account for login. There's no need to use Global admin account
b. Impersonation rights not required for the login user
Connect to your Mailboxes, Public Folder and Archive Mailboxes
Select one of the below option to migrate your Mailboxes, Public folders and Archive mailbox.
a. Connect to Mailboxes: Select this option, if you want to migrate to Office 365 mailboxes.
b. Connect to Public Folder: Select this option, if you want to migrate to Office 365 Public folder.
c. Connect to Archive Mailbox (In-Place Archive): Select this option, if you want to migrate to Office 365 Archive mailboxes.
Click the 'Next' button
Connect to your Public Folder
Connect to Public Folder: Select this option, if you want to connect to Office 365 Public folder.
Click the 'Next' button
Login with Office 365 account and password (Or App password if MFA is enabled)
Click the 'Login' button.
To know the status of the login, click the 'View Connection Log' button.
